Precautions for use of pneumatic fluorine lined valve

The pneumatic fluorine lined valve is specially used to control corrosive or strongly corrosive media. The surface of the inner cavity of the valve body is covered with various fluoroplastics, which has the characteristics of high strength and good corrosion resistance.

The pneumatic fluorine lined valve is used together with the actuator and has the dual functions of switching and flow regulation. It can easily open and close the gas circuit without affecting the flow and ensure the repeatability of the flow. It starts slowly to reduce the impact of instantaneous pipeline pressure on the instrument.

Precautions for use of pneumatic fluorine lined valve:

1. Read the product instruction carefully before use.

2. Use according to the pressure, temperature and medium specified on the nameplate or manual.

3. For some media that are unstable and easy to decompose (for example, the decomposition of some media will cause volume expansion and abnormal pressure rise under working conditions), which will cause valve damage or leakage, measures shall be taken to eliminate or limit the factors causing the decomposition of unstable media. When selecting the valve, the pneumatic fluorine lined valve with automatic pressure relief device shall be selected considering the possible working condition changes caused by unstable medium and easy decomposition.

4. For fluorine lined valves on pipelines with toxic, flammable, explosive and strongly corrosive media, it is strictly prohibited to replace the packing under pressure. Although the fluorine lined valve has the sealing function in design, it is not recommended to replace the packing under pressure.

5. During the use of pneumatic fluorine lined valve, the sealing surface of fluoroplastic is often damaged due to medium crystallization and solid particles due to its soft texture, resulting in seal leakage. If it is found, it shall be repaired or replaced in time.
